For orders over $99 we offer free standard delivery Australia wide.

For orders under $99 it is a flat $12 shipping fee in Australia for standard delivery (estimated delivery time 4-8 business days).

For express shipping it is $17 flat rate fee (estimated delivery time 1-4 business days).

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days and then are subject to Australia Post delivery times. Current delivery times are estimated to be 4-8 business days for standard post and 1-4 business days for express post.

We provide tracking numbers for you to follow the progress of your delivery.

If you placed your order over 10 days ago and have not received it, please reach out to us and we can follow up with Australia Post. Resolution will depend on Australia Post's response and timings.
